Booking principles
Before booking read our terms and conditions:
- You may book a room at e-mailem or by phone: phone + 48 33 817 92 37, mobile phone: +48 660 661 402
- You may make the booking to the person or the company which will make the payment.
- Please enter the booking period (from, to), the number of people, the children's age as well as a contact telephone number in the content of the e-mail.
- The booking is confirmed after the agreed advance payment for the stay has been paid to the center's bank account. At the same time, payment of the advance payment and thus an effective booking means the person making the booking acknowledges these terms and conditions.
- Failure to use of the entire stay according to the confirmed booking date means you will bear 50% of the value of the stay service which was not used.
- Please make the payment up to 3 business days from the booking date or within the period of time agreed with us.
- Failure to pay the advance payment within the agreed period of time results in cancelling the booking.
- Failure to arrive at the center until 8 am of the next day (arrival on the second day of the booked stay) is equivalent to resignation if you failed to inform us earlier.
- In the case of booking without an advance payment, failure to arrive at the center until 6 pm on the arrival day is equivalent to a resignation from the stay.
